Frequently Asked Questions
We’re looking for experienced PMU professionals who are passionate about education and want to make a lasting impact in the industry.
To ensure every course on The Collective meets our quality standards, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Professional Experience: PMU artists, trainers, or academies with at least 7 years of industry experience and a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
- Portfolio: Ability to provide samples of your work or teaching materials that demonstrate your expertise and teaching style.
- Course Concept: A clear and structured outline with defined learning objectives.
- Brand Alignment: Your course must reflect the values and educational standards of The Collective and Tina Davies Professional.
- Production Quality: Capacity to film or produce course content at a high-quality standard, suitable for online education.
Applicants will hear back within 2–3 weeks of submitting their proposal. If your course meets our criteria, you will be invited to a short call with our team to explore the opportunity further.
Instructors earn royalties on both individual course sales and on valid member views through The Collective+ platform.
