I’ve made it a point to get all the Evenflo pigments including the dark lip neutralization set. I like that my clients lips seem to not dry out like they have when I worked with other pigments. I usually do 4 passes and I’m
Able to achieve very good coverage with these pigments. With other brands I’ll stop at 4 but often feel I didn’t hit the target pigment.
