2-in-1 Maximum Strength Formula: With 5% Lidocaine, 0.25% Phenylephrine, and pain-blocking peptides, IceCream™ works as both a primary and secondary numbing cream, ensuring continuous comfort before and during treatments.
No Skin Hardening: Unlike other numbing creams, IceCream™ won’t leave the skin feeling rubbery, allowing for smooth pigment deposit and better results.
Rapid Absorption & Hydration: Absorbs in 20 minutes, delivering relief while keeping skin hydrated and plump. The non-greasy formula ensures smooth, easy application.
Safe: FDA-compliant and suitable for sensitive areas like brows, lips, and more. Avoid the eye area. Its neutral 6.5 pH is non-irritating, and it’s cruelty-free, GMP-certified, and unscented.
Easy to Use: Apply a thick layer to clean, dry skin, occlude for 20 minutes, then remove excess before starting. Reapply as needed during treatment.

I bought this to try, I’ve been using tag 45 but wanted something better. 2 days ago a colleague and I tattooed each other’s lips and I didn’t feel a thing the whole time. Only at the end when it was wearing off and it was a pinch. It didn’t work on brows (unbroken skin) and the touch up was so quick we didn’t bother trying on broken skin. But lips? Yes 100% buy it and it does blanching
