Brilliant

This is a great numbing cream. I prefer to only prenumb when I work but as you can use it for both it means I can fix my outline and then safely add as a prenumb over my outlined work. It is very effective and clients have really commented in how much it works!

Recently started using this & my clients are in love. No pain during any of their pmu procedures. It will dialate pupils with eyeliner, but no issues! Will continue to use & stock in student kits as well.
